RETURNS & SHIPPING

RETURN POLICY 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! 

  • If you change your mind for any reason, we will gladly accept your merchandise return within 14 days of shipping date for STORE CREDIT only. 
  • Items must be unworn, unused with its original new condition with Behold hang tag attached. 
  • It must have no visible signs of wear such as makeup, deodorant stains, fragrances, etc.

Kindly note that all accessories such as hats, bags, and scrunchies are final sale. Any purchases made at our pop up events or during online sales are also final sale. 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN 

Email us at beholdthelabel@gmail.com with the following information: 

  • Name 
  • Order Number 
  • Reason for return 

We will let you know as soon as your return request has been approved. Please wait until approval confirmation before shipping out return items.

*Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do recommend using a postal carrier who offers tracking.  

**This return policy does not apply to custom pieces (ex. Bleached Tie Dye Collection) as those are made to order. 

  • Due to the hand made and custom nature of all of our tie dye pieces, all tie dye pieces are non-refundable. 
  • Colors and design may slightly vary and differ to how they will appear in the photos. The nature and beauty of the tie dye process is that no two pieces are the same. Although we use the same colors and technique, some pieces will still vary due to the differing fabric makeup.

SHIPPING 

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process and ship your order. If an order is placed on the weekend, it will ship out on the next business day. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Shipping time is 2-5 days for orders placed within the U.S.

Once your order is shipped and tracking information has been provided, Behold The Label is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, please let us know as well file a claim through USPS.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. 

International orders will take anywhere from 7-21 days once shipped. Please note that Behold The Label is not responsible for shipping delays due to customs or transfers to your local carriers. Behold The Label is not responsible for any taxes or custom fees when receiving an international package.
